\n CalMed Hawaii provides a wide range of sleep apnea products and\n supplies. To better engage with our customers and help to avoid having\n to return an item, we offer many options to help you choose the right\n sizes and features of all items prior to purchase. We encourage you to\n reach out to one of our representatives if you have any questions or\n need basic knowledge on a product to a make decision and avoid\n returns. Before purchasing, if you have any questions about the\n products in your cart, we recommend that you contact us via email at\n info@calmedhawaii.com\n or toll-free at (808) 691-9973 before the order ships. All CPAP\n products are new and direct from the manufacturer. We DO NOT sell used\n or refurbished equipment. In the case of machines (CPAP,APAP and\n BIPAP) the manufacturer makes the decision about repair or replacement\n if the item is under warranty. If the machine is no longer under\n warranty, and is not functioning properly, we may be able to send it\n to the manufacturer for you for repair. The manufacturer will charge a\n Diagnostic Fee, which may or may not be applied to the actual repair\n cost. We recommend you call us to discuss this option before sending\n the machine back to us.\n
\n\n CPAP/BiPAP Machines, Nebulizer Machines, Batteries, Cables, Headgear,\n Tubing, Chin straps, Mask Liners, CPAP cases/travel bags, CPAP\n pillows, mask parts, and all cleaning supplies are not returnable once\n they have been opened or used.\n
\n\n Didn't Like Something? Return Any Mask Within 30 Days! If you are not\n 100% satisfied with your CPAP Mask purchase, you can return your\n item(s) for a full refund of the product's purchase price less the\n original shipping costs. The 30-Day Mask Guarantee allows the\n purchaser to return the CPAP Mask within 30 days of the date the item\n was delivered. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.\n The 30-Day Mask Guarantee is only available within the contiguous US.\n CalMed Hawaii reserves the right to refuse to extend the 30-Day Mask\n Guarantee to anyone we judge to be abusing it. Please contact us by\n phone at 800.270.6990, or by sending us an email before returning an\n item so a return authorization can be issued.\n
\n\n If the product is defective within the warranty period and you have\n the original packing, contact us and we will provide you with a return\n authorization number (RMA number). We will communicate with the\n manufacturer on your behalf to have the item fixed or replaced with\n the exact or like item under the warranty policy. Shipping cost\n associated to return merchandise to CalMed Hawaii is not covered in\n any warranty situation.\n
